Can someone please remind me how to do this?

Thanks very much,

Stewart

From the Changes in Functionality for the Current Release, "In previous versions of Visual FoxPro, you could output all the settings in the Options Dialog Box (Visual FoxPro) to the Command Window by pressing the SHIFT key when choosing the OK button to close the dialog. In the current release, these settings are now sent to the Debug Output Window. The Debug Output window must be opened in order for the settings to be directed there".

Regards,
Jim

I think they changed it because it's annoying to send that stuff to the Command Window, now that Command Window contents are saved.

I agree, It's much more sensible to send it to somewhere other than the Command Window. But I wonder how many people don't realise that the destination has changed (I didn't).

Mike

Count me in! When I read Jim's post, it rang a faint bell, but I forgot when it came to the crunch.

Thanks Geoff - I thought it was the shift key, but when nothing appeared I thought I'd forgotten it. The help still says it goes to the Command Window!

I've reported that to MS. See what happens.
