I have several Access reports that I routinely send via e-mail. I use Microsoft's snapshot viewer format. I would prefer to use that much more widely available PDF format. Is there an easy way to output to PDF format?

The easiest way is to buy the Adobe Acrobat full package which installs a print driver that can output files as a PDF.
This is expensive, however, and there are several lower cost options available. The cheapest (free) is to install a postscript driver on port FILE: and use Ghostscript/GSView from to convert it to a PDF.

I found the ideal solution: This app is too cool. You set it up on a server & drop any almost any format file into the 'In' box .xls / .doc / .snp etc. and a .PDF is waiting for you in the out box.
