I have several Access reports that I routinely send via e-mail. I use Microsoft's snapshot viewer format. I would prefer to use that much more widely available PDF format. Is there an easy way to output to PDF format?
The easiest way is to buy the Adobe Acrobat full package which installs a print driver that can output files as a PDF.

This app is too cool. You set it up on a server & drop any almost any format file into the 'In' box .xls / .doc / .snp etc. and a .PDF is waiting for you in the out box.
