Output to Excel 2000 format

My Access 2000 SP3 can't export objects in Excel 95 format. And yours?
OutputTo action is equivalent of menu cmds File|Export or Tools|Office (see Access Help topic). Access 2000 may export in Excel 97-2000 (default) and old Excel 5, 6 formats (last ones are inaccessible with OutputTo?).
