I was wondering if anybody could clarify how to (if there is that is!) output SQL results into excel so that I can produce graphs, or any other spreadsheet package.

In SQL 7 and 2000, you can use DTS to output tables and views directly to Excel. Lookup DTS (Data Transformation Services) in SQL Books Online or on the Microsoft Website. Terry
