I actually have two questions - The first is regarding outputting a report to word for distribution via email - When my reports are carried over to Word, they lose a lot of the formatting (Borders, etc) Any way to carry the report over so it looks like it does in Access?

Second question is regarding a report that is leaving blank lines between some of the data at the end of the report. The report has about 44 lines and only the last two or three have blank lines between them. I don't know if there is a simple explanation or if I have to provide more details about the queries involved?

Thanks!!!!!

If you have microsoft snapshot you can send reports the way that they look in Access. Snapshot was designed for this. It gets installed automatically with Access 2000 but you have to download it for use with Access 97. You can download if from .The only downside is that anyone that wants to view the report must also have snapshot. Other than that it is very handy. You can even use it with the SendObject method by specifing "Snapshot Format" in the format argument (make sure you include the quotes). The hardest questions always have the easiest answers.

Thanks for your help! I appreciate it - Any idea about my report containg blank lines between a few of the last lines of data? Thanks again!!!
