I tried to overcome this problem several times in different ways with Access 95 and 97 but...
A record contains several _long_ entries, memo fields. Reports are viewed and printed without a problem. However, if I try to "DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputReport..." in either acFormatRTF or acFormatHTML the problem begins: chunks of text get misplaced and appear after end of the report.
Only solution I have so far is to create a file and fill it with record's content from VBA.
But do you know how to use a report to make a file when record stores _long_ entries?
