output from flash

Is there a way either internal or external to Flash to output to a text file the contents in a Flash file? (ie. the text file will list the frame number and what graphics and such are on each frame and also whatever text will print out in full)

If you mean something like a SWF Decompiler, then do a search on google, or try this:

http://www.srctec.com/flashdecompiler/

Never tried it before, but it should suit your needs. If you need to decompile a .SWF file from the internet, look in your temporary internet files folder (on Win ME, goto "Run" and type in "Temporary Internet Files", might work for Win 2K and XP )
