Output From Access to .doc

Hi i was wondering if it is possible to output a report to a .doc rather than a .rtf. I am finding that when you output to an rtf format you lose all the graphics, such as lines, boxes, labels, etc.

If it is not possible i will possibly have to try and think of another way around it.

Not possible... Either print to PDF or Snapshot.
or try lebans code if you dare!

or just happy with
Lines/Graphics not retained in Word/RTF Export

Hi ZmrAbdulla,

i have just run the report now and i can not see the option to print to PDF.

I am currently running Adobe 6.0, so should i not be able to see this option?

Adobe 6 reader ? No you need PDF printer software
you can get free/nagware/adware pdf printer sofwares download
Install it and choose the printer from the normal windows print dialog
