output for call center records

I am looking to place a buffer box on a tty port that will buffer my call center output until I can print it. Any suggestions

If you expect alot of data, I would hookup a PC to collect the data.

This is a new ACD with two agents. I dont want to put the data output to a printer, but rather on a box that can be accessed from the network. If a pc will do it, then fine, but it has to be accessible from the network
