Hi!

This is my first posting on this site and I hope you can help me. I've setup an Access report with a border around various labels, text boxes and important sections. Output to a rich text file is ok except for one major problem....the borders are missing. This is a real headache for my users as they need to attach the reports to emails with all the the borders in place. (fussy lot!)

I don't think you can...rtf is a Text-Only format. Even if you try in Word, it won't keep the border or drawing objects...

You could use Snapshot Format to keep an exact copy of the report. The bad news: it is not editable and users will need to download Snapshot Viewer from Microsoft (it's free).
Or pdf if you have the Adobe Acrobat Writer...

But not rtf.

HTH
