I have an Access report that needs to be distributed as a Word and text file documents that should be identical. I create the Word doc by publishing the report with Word. For the text file I use macro "Output to text file" but it creates more pages than the Word document has (random blank lines are created) I used Microsoft suggestion to set the height property divisible by 0.125 inches but it did not help.
THANK YOU.

Try using the "Export/Save As..." functionality. Right-click your table, click "Export", set up the export template & save it, then write a macro (or VBA) to export the data to a text file using the saved template.
