Hi, i can find in perl the function from C - outportw()?

You can yes, but it's not a trivial excersise. Have a look in the documentation for XS, that's the mechanism people use.

Alternatively - and potentially much more simply - can you write a C program that does the job you want and the returns results to the Perl script? Mike
