Outloook flash screen

I reloaded all my programmes, after fitting new hard drive, and now when I open Outlook (Office XP) the flash screen stay on the desktop for about 20 seconds. This does not happen with Word or Excel. Any ideas.

Loaded SP3 today and problem resolved
