outlool public diary, best approach?

Hi all,

We run exchange server on SBS2003 with Outlook 2003.

We want to have a diary for each operative (5 in total).

Each diary can be edited by each operative plus a manager.

The diarys will be accessed over the web/intranet.

We intend to create a single (new) user account with five diarys and all operatives plus manager will log into same account.

Any reasons why I shouldn't do this?
Any suggestions of a better appraoch?
