Outlooksoft Process selector - wfica32.exe application error

Hello All,

I have a user with an Application Error when trying to run the above mentioned application. It's a system that our parent company uses so I'm not too familiar with it. Please let me know if you need any further information. I found some fixes on the internet relating to printer drivers, I have tried removing and reinstalling them - this did not work. Any help would be greatly apprecaited.

the full error message is:
wfica32.exe - Application Error
The appliction failed to initialze properly (0xc0150004). Click on OK to terminate the application.

Is anyone else having this same issue?
Have you had the user try it from a different device?

Hi Enigma99,

This is the only Outlooksoft user we have onsite. I haven't tried on a different device only because it isn't installed on any other devices.
