I have a public folder containing task items. These items are posted & viewed by a number of people.

When printing the tasks it is not particularly easy to follow, as it doesn't put the fields in a readable
order, or space them how I would like.

Is there a way for me to modify what is printed?

I would like, at least, to be able to choose which fields to show & hide, the order to show them in
and how to space them.

It would be even more useful if I had some kind of graphical control over the printing.

If anyone is interested, someone has confirmed for me that there is not much you can do to manipulate the way forms print in Outlook.

I will have to go for an alternative solution. This would be to set up a report template as an Excel or Word document. I will publish this to the parent folder. When a user requests a print it will lift the required field values from the form and pass these to the report template. This will then be printed, and closed without saving.
