I copied the Outlook help screen below for what I'm trying to do, but when I lookin the Rule Description Box, there is no "Exception List" (step 3) - So now what do I do?
Make an exception in my Junk Senders list
1 On the Tools menu, click Rules Wizard.
2 In the Apply rules in the following order box, click Exception List.
3 In the Rule description box, click Exception List.
4 Click Add.
5 Enter the e-mail address you want to make an exception for.
The name and domain you enter will appear in your Inbox, even if you have the domain listed in your Junk Senders list.
For some reason, some of the e-mail from one of my business associates occasionally gets sent to my Junk mail folder, even though he nor his domain is included on my junk mail rule - HOW COME??? what am I missing?
We are using outlook98 without exchange server, on POP from an ISP - maybe this could have something to do with it?
UGH!
How much more water would there be in the ocean if it weren't for sponges?
