I've been asked a question by a user in my department of having the format toolbar present when opening a new message. He now has to right click in the toolbar area and make it appear each time.
I've looked and looked in Outlook help only to find that the toolbar IS automatic in my Outlook (same version). How did I get this option, I don't remember choosing this. I also have many more toolbar options than he does.
Have I upgraded at some point that he has not or maybe an add-in. Any help will be appreciated.
