Outlook97 - offline folder syncronisation error

Hi, I have a problem with Outlook in that when you right click any of my folders in outlook i get this error message:
"The folder hierarchy could not be syncronised. The information store could not be opened"
Any ideas?
First one to help gets an ice-cream. (not really)
