Outlook2K2 still blocks .MDBs after registry hack

Hi

Anyone got any ideas on this one :-

One of my users - running Win2k pro and office 2002 - has been sent an email with an important .mdb attached and outlook has blocked it.

Fine I thought, i'll add in the "Level1Remove" string into the correct registry key and specify .mdb as an extention.

However this hasnt worked in this particular instance, as the file is still blocked. Ive used this before on other machines for .mdbs and its worked.

Im stumped!
