Outlook2K - PAB not updating addresses 1

Greetings

O2K does not update changed address in PAB. When a contact's email info is changed + a new message created to that contact - the message ends up sent to the old address. The only workaround has been closing down Outlook and repeating the steps. Please advise

If you have added addresses to a PAB the SMTP address will never update automatically if you update it in the Contact information or if it was updated in the Global Address List. You would have to remove the entry and then readd it back in to get the SMTP information to update.

If you are using Contacts as the source though then you should instead try adding the component Outlook Address Book. It is like the PAB but it instead looks at the Contact information. If you update the SMTP address in Contacts it will then pick it up if selected from the Outlook Address Book
