So recently we got Cisco VOip with all the fun unified messaging and such. It surely does all its supposed to do.
But I have 2 laptops running XP pro with full office 2007, all updates. When they attempt to open, listen or even copy a voicemail in their inbox, outlook stops responding( task manager says so).
Ive tried removing all com addin including the unified com thinking this was it but no. Also, if they delete the voicemail from the phone, it deletes from outlook as expected.
Any ideas on where else to look?
