We have a random problem with our e-mail signatures. The users have went under Tools, Options, Mail Format tab and created their e-mail signatures. They have indicated they want their personalized e-mail signature to appear on all e-mails. For some unknown, random reason, some users e-mail signatures will automatically reset to "none". We cannot get the problem to reproduce, it just randomly happens and randomly happens to different users at different times. The users know how to turn this back on, but some users have it happen quite often and get annoyed by having to reselect the e-mail signature. Any suggestions on what the problem may be would be greatly appreciated.
