Help!

I have a mac with OS 9.2 and I have installed Outlook 2001. we have an exchange server running nt 4.0 and SP4. I am unable to log in with the mac to the address. Any ideas.

check DNS settings, ensure TCPIP is set correctly and is set to advanced and load it all the time.

If you are addressing the mailserver by netbios name, make sure you have a Hosts file mapping the name to IP address in the preferences folder.
