Outlook2000-Calander Events come up as appointments for others.

Hi All,
Hope some body can help me out here. I have being adding events onto a calander which others use to view coporate events, but when the users view the cal it comes up as appoinments (with the little clock next to the event). This is despite making it an all day event. The problem that plus the fact that the last event for that day rolls over to the next day...giving me such jip I tell you.

any Ideas were to go from here gladdly appreciated

Are your Time Zone settings in Outlook the same as the other users? joegz
