Why when I create the folder of outlook 2000, some folder column is missing, my inbox folder hae subject, recived, From.

But why when I create the new one, the column field is not same with the Inbox? how can I default it?

What does the new folder contain? When you create the new folder make sure you choose the right contents for that folder. Whe you create a new folder using:

FILE->FOLDER->CREATE SUBFOLDER

make sure you choose the "Folder Contains" option to be "Mail Items".
