hi
does anybody know of any way (group policy or otherwise) to block outlooks users from attaching large files ?
we are running exchange 2003\2000 with outlook 2007\2003
we recently had a case where somebody attached a video and it crashed the exchange server.

You can set size limits on the exchange server, but I don't know of any way to prevent the user from attaching it in the first place. (From a logic standpoint, outlook has no way of knowing how big the file is until it is already attached)
