It just locks up. The window loads and the splash screen comes up, but it does not go any further. I let it set there for over an hour, it acts like the program is not responding, but when you look at the task manager it is running normal. Someone told me to run the "scanpst.exe" on the pst file. But my computer does not have that program on it.
Have you tried any of the other startup switches - like /cleanviews?

I found the solution to this problem. Just FYI you need to rename the "outcmd.dat" file to this problem.
