I have users that are complaining that it takes a long time to switch in between messages in Outlook XP when they have the preview pane. Originally I thought it may be a network issue, then after talking to the users more, I realize it started happening after upgrading to XP. The users that are still on 2000 do not have this problem. The rest of the network is not slow by any means, we have a gigabit switch in between servers, and are on a full 100 Mb switched network. Has anyone else experienced this? Any help would be appreciated.
