Outlook XP - Runtime Library crashing all the time

All my users running this software are having problems with the software crashing with this message:

MS Visual C++ Runtime Library

Outlook.exe - Abnormal program termination

i have updated the c++ runtimes (msvrt*.dll and mfc.dll)
i have run a reinstall

im at a HUGE loss and in a HUGE bind...any help will be GREATLY appreciated
