Outlook XP "Microsoft Mail"

Hi, while i was away from the office i was upgraded to office XP since then i have not been able to recieve interoffice email my postoffice adress list does not show up. it won't let me reconfigure my MAPI mail. it says i need to load a different profile. there are no other profiles loaded. also it does not give me the option to install microsoft mail.
I thank all of you for your help in advance
