Outlook XP on a 2003 Exchange Server - Auto Preview

A user received an email that previews differently in Auto Preview than it does in a full Preview window or when the email is opened.

The Auto Preview text seems to be the important text that we would like to recover.

I am sorry for not being clear.
The user is running the Outlook XP client.
The server is running Exchange 2003.
