I have just transferred a POP3 account into Outlook XP in preparation for Exchange server, but I am now receiving duplicate messages for every new email coming in even though only one account is only being used. Has anyone experienced this problem? I have used an online help tool from BT and they have said that it could be a large email attachment blocking the download, but I have deleted all of the emails in the webmail inbox and I am still having the problem. I am reasonably new to Outlook anyway, (have spent years stuck on OE6) so I may have missed something. Any help would be very much appreciated.
