UserA is accessing UserB's calander by doing File>Open and selects the calander. UserA looks at other sers calendar's she no longer want to see UserB displayed in File>Open, how do I clear that out?

I believe you're refering to the MRU (Most Recently Used) list. For Outlook you can clear this by removing a registry key. If you need instructions on removing a registry key, google 'Clear Outlook Most Recently Used list' and you should find some more detailed instructions. Hope this helps =)

*Backup (Export) the registry key before deleting any values.

Start>Run>regedit

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\Outlook\0a0d020000000000c000000000000046\

Remove the following value for which MS Office version you are using.

Outlook 2003: 101f0390
Outlook 97/2002: 101e0384
