Outlook Xp background Issue

I have an issue with Outlook 2002 when any of my users has a background (stationary) set on their email. The email comes over fine but when you go to relpy to it the background gets messed up. you cant read anything and it stays like tht until you minimize the window and then maximize it. My users are not real happy with the fix and it seems to be happening only on my clients with Office XP on them.

Anyone else have this problem? Anyone know of a fix?
