Outlook xp and prf files

We have close to 300 outlook xp installations throughout our state at Childcare centers with have pop3 accounts configured. We have just found out that our isp is going to change their smtp server name and address.

is there anyway to utilize a prf file to automate the setting change that'll have to happen on these machines. Each of the usernames and are different so I am really only looking to change just the smtp server setting.
