Outlook XP and Palm

I have an issue with a client who has several meetings every day and when someone who has scheduled a recurring meeting moves the meeting to a different day and/or time, my client's palm does not update the meeting change, but instead deletes the original meeting and does not synchronize the new meeting day/time. The client is using W2K, Offixe XP with Outlook XP and Intellisynch as the connection conduit between Outlook and Palm. Has anyone ever seen this before???
