Outlook XP and email attachments

Hi Folks !

Following the xp-manie and epiphany I have also a small question about a nice feature in Outlook XP.
I hae recieved an email ( magic ) with an exefile as attachment and Outlook disabled or better locked the attachment so that I was not able to open it or save it.
That wasn't very nice and I hot very angry about this f****** M$ product ( The exefile was an activation key for my software dvdplayer, and so it ruined my video-evening ) .

Has anyone of you an idea wether it is possible to disable his feature or not ?
