Outlook XP 2003 - offline Synchronization

I have a user who just upgraded his outlook 2002 to outlook 2003 - He also uses Franklin Covey software to manage his calendar. BUT, before he upgraded, his outlook synchronization worked great. (Tools, send and receive groups, define the groups, create and offline folder, then right click on his exchange box and choose to select all folders underneath) then check the boxes to do this upon login and logoff etc. I even explained to him that if he creates a new folder, he has to check it, etc. All of a sudden (almost since he updated his software, it will only synch his messages up to 2/7/04 - (for offline access) anyone have any ideas or experience with outlook 2003 and email synchronization for offline??
