I have a computer, and up til this week Outlook worked fine. Now it takes five or ten minutes for it to open. Outlook.exe isn't using any CPU or memory during this time, it's just not opening. The computer itself also isn't maxed out. Just the standard 5% CPU usage and 100MB or ram. Sometimes outlook fails to open at all. I've reinstalled outlook a couple times, defragged the HD and three different spyware programs, all up to date. The computer seems clean.

If outlook does open, it makes all the other programs run slower or causes them to crash. Has anyone seen this problem before? Does anyone have any ideas?
