One of my uses has a problem where randomly emails stay in the Outbox and don't go out. There were 2 today. One was going to someone on our local Domain and one was going over the internet. By adjusting the delivery order I was able to get the locally addressed email to send but the internet one is still stuck.

I've re-opened it and hit send and still nothing. All of his other emails are going out, then and now. I want to be able to solve this problem for good, not just get this email out.

Is there somewhere in Outlook 2000 where you can see the reason and email won't send? Both of the emails are small (2-4KB).

Any ideas??

Thanks,

I had a similar problem the other day. One of my users could send and receive mail on the local network fine and could receive other mail fine but couldn't send it. I finally changed which account was the default account and that took care of her problems.
