Outlook won't remember password

We have a guy in our office and his internet email is always asking for him to enter the password. no matter how many times we check the remember password box it will not remember it. I thank all of you for your help in advance

The problem is due to a registry entry.

Heres the fix
run regedit
uder this key
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Protected Storage System Provider]

Make sure there are no other subkeys or entries under the subkey s-1-5-21-*******etc.

and that will fix it
