outlook with exchange display email instead of name

I have exchange 2003 and outlook 2003. The user connects to exchange via outlook 2003. He wants to see which email address the email is coming into from.

He has about 10 email address in his AD profile. But in outlook it only says his name in the to field.

How can I get it to show the email address the email come into??

I think the Group by Box command will do this for you. The command button should be on the Standard Toolbar.
