Outlook Wireless Email Sync 1

I have a 6750 with the 3.6 desktop software. Our Blackberry Enterprise Server is also at 3.6. I don't have the "Wireless Email Reconciliation" feature available on my handheld. Anyone have any ideas? I've searched the RIM site and haven't found anything that helps.

You need to update your Handheld Software to 3.6 as well. (not just Desktop and BES)

You need to update the handheld software to 2.6 which is a seperate install. You can get it off of blackberry.net this will update your handheld to the current handheld software. 3.6 desktop manager doesn't always update the software on the device. I do know there is a service pack out for the handheld 2.6 software as well.

Hi All,
Just to clarify for you:
2.6 handheld code is for the 95X and 85X or non java devices (C++ devices running on Cingular and Motient networks).
3.6 handheld code is for java devices (such as 5810, 6710, 6750...)except for the 72XX series. These are running 3.7 handheld code and are tri-band devices.
Handheld code is obtained by the carrier that you buy your device from.

Then there is the desktop manager software. This is not related anymore to the handheld code version.
The latest is 3.6.

Silly question, I am sure. But, I have v 3.6 on the blackberry and am told that the server likewise is v 3.6, but under "Message List Options" I do not have the option for wireless email reconciliation.

Can anyone help?
