outlook Window Disappears

I havea question. I am running Outlook 2003 on Windows XP sp2, and use exchange server 2003 with Sp2 on a Windows 2003 with Sp1 box.
For some reason everytime that I open a new mail windows in outlook it automatically minimizes.
Any thoughts?
