Hi,
I have a customer who has a strange problem.
When they receive a email with an attachment, and they print out the email,
for a hard copy of the message, The body text of the email prints fine as
does the icon of the attachement, i.e a .doc attachement prints out the
word icon. However the title of the attachment prints out as unreadable
text.
They are printing to a HP4050 network printer. Using Outlook 2000 and Win
98.
I have tried the following, downgrading the print driver from a HP4050 PCL 6
to a HP4050 PCL 5e and a both HP4000 PCL6 and HP 4000 PCL 5e, as expirence
has shown the HP4050 to not be a great driver.
We havew also tried printing graphics as raster as in technote Q222361.
TIA
Paul
