I have Web access on our Email.
I have one user who when using web access can't create a message.
When she selects new message she can type in the email address and subject but the body portion is grayed out and she is not able to type her message in.
I have tried uninstalling office and reinstalling but this did not work.
I have tried to get support from Microsoft with no luck.
Anyone have an Idea?
