I have a user who is having trouble replying to messages from OWA. They can double click an email and it comes up. After they read the email and hit reply the message will close instead of bringing up a reply email.
Any suggestions?

Just curious if your user has any "pop-up stopper" type application running. I have not experienced it with OWA but I have encountered this when checking my own ISP's web based email.
