Outlook Web Access

I am trying to send an attachment via my Outlook web access, but it doesnt work. I follow the on screen instructions, I click on attatchments, browse for the file, then I click add attachment now, and then I get "PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED" screen. On the bottom it says RESOURCE NOT ALLOWED.......INTERNET INFORMATION SERVICES.
Does anyone know why this is happening, and if so please let me know how to resolve it...THANKS

Hi, I had this same problem with some of my employees. Its your permissions...you must have log on locally. This can be set in the local security settings>local policies>user rights
