Outlook web access

Hi ,

I am trying to access my outlook emails from within my company network and the URL does not open. It works very well when I am outside the office netwok (eg from home).

Does anyone know what could be the problem?. Infact no one in the office can access their outlook emails through the web but they can all do outside the office network.

Any hints will be much appreciated.

Does the mail server reside inside the network that hosts OWA? If so, try putting just the mail server name in the address bar or setup a DNS alias. We put in an A record in our DNS for internal user to point to Webmail. The Webmail A record just points to the IP of our front end mail server that handles OWA. Hope this helps.
